All Black

So I’ve been wearing a lot of black, not just a little bit, a lot of it, or most of it. I like the sense of protection hiding behind the darkness, as the black either offers a shelter or makes a statement. And I enjoy both of them! Today I am wearing a knit sleeveless top matching with a structural skirt. Wanting the texture of the skirt to shine, I did not pile on accessories or any other extra ornament, only a touch of red on my lips and nails to tell the story.

最近穿的很黑。不是一點點黑，是很黑，幾乎全黑。我想陳媽媽應該非常地開心，因為她總是跟我說，別小看媽媽，媽媽年輕時可是號稱「穿黑衣服的少女」！今天的穿搭走一個極簡的風格，針織無袖背心搭上一條有設計感的結構裙。不規則的開叉設計讓走路時會有隱約的性感風格，露出的雙臂剛好可以中和裙長過膝的沈重感，帶來一點輕快的氛圍。

Today we are shooting at the famous Dakota Apartment, it is one of Manhattan's most mysterious and exclusive residence! We actually did not to plan to shoot there- we just happened to walk by, and the building looked so grand and we decided to snap some photos. It is famous as the home of John Lennon from 1973 to his death outside the building in 1980, his wife Yoko Ono still resides in this building till this day. Brief sharing for today, I’ll see you guys after finals!

今天我們拍照的地點是紐約大名鼎鼎的德科塔公寓。德科塔公寓1884年就蓋好了，是紐約最古老的頂級上流公寓。它以極難入住著稱，瑪丹娜，雪兒等明星都曾吃過德科塔公寓的閉門羹。但它最有名的原因，還是在於它就是約翰藍儂最後被歌迷槍殺前的地方，他的妻子小野楊子至今還住在這裡。我們那天其實沒有特別想要拍這個點，只是剛好經過，覺得這棟樓很莊嚴，沒想到一拍下去才知道原來它這麼有名。這大概是為什麼我這麼喜歡紐約的原因吧，所謂「轉角遇到愛」大概就是一個類似的概念。簡短分享，希望各位喜歡！等我期末考完見！
